A Christmas tale

I always like Christmas and the more traditional the better. 

I love the Carol service, the putting up of the decorations and the Christmas dinner. 

And the Queens, now Kings Speech

Except for the year when my mother was dying, Christmas has always been a happy family occasion

The secret of our success? if you are invited, behave or you don't get asked back!

My father banned his mother from attending for several years as all she managed to bring was a sour face.

The message was understood and the lesson learned.
